Quin and crew of Proclean Services has worked hard drying water up from our new refrigerator that was installed wrong actually was hooked up to hot water for the ice maker. Because of the company we bought new refrigerator from, due to their contractors not knowing how to set up and install refrigerator correctly, a lot of water damage has been done. We had to call Zack/Proclean to help us get dry in many areas. We have only lived in our new home a few days when refrigerator was delivered and set up.

I love these guys. I had a laundry flood that ended up causing damage to the floor and walls. Sam and his crew came in and had it all ripped out, dried, and ready for reconstruction in no time. They helped file our insurance claims and were available at all times to come by or answer questions. I will use them and recommend them to anyone that needs a service such as theirs. Amazing guys and so very professional.

We had water damage from a clogged condensation drain in our HVAC unit. Zack was out there within 30 minutes of us contacting him. He assessed everything promptly, gave us great information on what was going happening, and scheduled a crew to come out the next day. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. I am extrememly pleased with the experience ad work thus far! We are awaiting moving into the restoration phase. I would recommend these guys and this company for any recovery needs as they are top notch!

This company did an excellent job with my water damaged basement. They were absolutely dedicated in the job, I didn't have to do nothing. They ripped out the damaged walls, removed the vinyl flooring, and took three of my area rugs to be cleaned and restored. The two gentlemen were very professional and hard working. They used dehumidifier and air blowers to dry out my basement, so it would not cause mold. If something ever happens to my property again, they would be first on my list to call.

I honestly hope that no one is ever in my shoes and needs a company to come out and dry your floors and repair your home. BUT. Let me tell y'all. If you do, PROCLEAN is THE best!
